Works fine but I was used to the other brand that I used Affresh which let you put tab on bottom of dishwasher and use it while running a load. True Fresh must be used on empty washer. Going back to Affresh once done with True Fresh

I’ll admit it’s been a while since I’ve cleaned my dishwasher, a while, not too long. The filter is a real pain to clean (location + access) so I saw this product and it sounded ideal. I’ve used other cleaners and they made the interior white and clean again. This “cleaner” did nothing to remove residue from the filter and did nothing to clean the interior except wash away some surface residue that would have probably washed away in the next normal wash anyway. The first time I put the tab in the detergent dispenser and ran the dishwasher at the end the tablet was gone, that’s all. The second time I used 2 tablets, one in the dispenser and one in the dishwasher directly, this time both tablets disappeared but that was the only difference, three tablets and what I paid for this product, down the drain.
