  • Mesh Bag
  • Laundry detergent or liquid detergent
  • Old toothbrush
  • Paper towels and old towels
  • Newspaper

Step 1: Add towels to the washing machine set

Before anything, put 4-6 old towels inside the washing machine to avoid having a harsh impact on the shoes as the washer will spin very fast causing your running sneakers to bang against the walls of the washer.

Step 2: Put the shoes in the washer inside a mesh bag

Things required:

  • Liquid detergent or laundry detergent​
  • Water tub

  • White vinegar
